Countdown to 2009 at Tanjong Rhu

We had originally planned to run into the secret road to the barrage. However, there was a van ahead of me and it made me stop at the entrance. An indian worker came over and asked me where I was heading. I just said to go in, but he said cannot go in anymore. Haz! With our secret spot barred, I next head to Tanjong Rhu to wait out the countdown. Initially, it was quite empty. But coming to 11pm, the crowd started to build up and soon it was busy as a fish market.



Someone would have a nasty shock after the fireworks to find his car missing. He was parked at the roundabout, and TP came over and called for the tow truck to tow it away. Quite an expensive new year present.
