My love for the road in a vehicle I can't afford; visiting places with a plan I don't have (ripped from Baby Driver). Sipping in the way of life of people I don't know, jotting down the moments with my loved ones. Keeping close at heart the memories that will be made, and be reminisced about in years to come. For at the end, these treasures are more than silver or gold.
We alighted at BTS siam station, which was like the main interchange at the heart of the city. Interestingly, the Sathorn ghost building was right there. We had just watched the show "the promise" which was written around this famous incomplete building in the nineties. The location of the building was like right in the heart of town. The land itself should be worth alot of money.
From there, the entire day was spent going from one mall to the other, starting from MBK. Things in the malls were not cheap and could rival the prices in Singapore. We had a fairly good (and cheap) lunch at a "big" food court at MBK.
